Video 1/3-Part Series
In this vblog, I want to share with you an Event Room Block framework and the 5 most important questions that meeting planners need to understand and address–these 5 questions will help drive the conversation your colleagues, stakeholders, or partners to potentially lead necessary changes to your current strategies for managing this key component of your event.
I know talking about your room block might not be the most exciting topic, but it’s a topic that impacts the whole ecosystem of your event. Given today’s complexities and issues that surround the room block, it shouldn’t be ignored or delegated, because when your room block underperforms, it has consequences, some of which are unintended in the long run.

If you’re like most planners, you really don’t have time to get your head around all of the event room block issues. So I invite you watch this first video (3-part series) on the event room block and the 5 “should ask” questions you need to be asking.
